OC-tober Day 10: Apia

I’m just making them up as I go now. I have a list of names and concepts, but the designs are being invented on the spot.

OC-tober Day 9: Ace!

Ofcourse I was gonna have one named Ace. Actually had to reference the clothes this time.

OC-tober Day 8 (a day late, sorry!): Tic!

“But ‘Tic’ doesn’t start with A!” you say, outraged that I would deviate from my extremely arbitrary self-imposed theme that you were definitely paying attention to.

The longer form of his name is Antic. And that’s not his real name either. Ha!

OC-tober Day 7: Amber!

I’d already worked out her design previously, and I’m still happy with it! I shamelessly reused one of the outfits I’d already designed for her.

OC-tober Day 4:Azoth! (A fun, old-timey word for mercury!)

I can’t lie - I completely gave up on trying to design actual clothes for her. But she’s very classically Greek-god-like, so… random flowing fabric bits it is!

OC-tober Day 3:Abracadabra!

Technically, this character is fictional in the world of River & Ash. She doesn’t even appear except in doll form. But she’s still a demon, so she still counts! Wish you could see her in her full black-white-and-red glory!

OC-tober Day 2:Ayaka!

I belatedly remembered that all my demons, in addition to horns, tails, an A-name, and a theme, also have a symbol! I’ll be including their symbols now from here on out.

If you can believe it, I’m attempting OC-tober again this year. But this October, all the original characters will be “demons” from my River & Ash story! They all have Horns, A Tail, A Theme, and a name that starts with A! Very few of them are actual characters in the story, and most of them I will have never drawn before!

Day 1: Kicking us off, it’s the titular Ash!

(I cannot speak for his fashion choices here. They were entirely random.)

Late, lateOC-tober sketches, continuing because I feel like it. Pay no attention to the “Oct. 18th”, but this IS original demon character number 18: Aegis.

Eventually, I WILL finish the full planned list!

OC-tober,much belated, from Day 17: Argent

Probably the last one I’ll manage before the month ends, but I do plan on finishing all 31. Eventually. All the coolest ones are still to come.

OC-tober Day 16: Alchemist!

Obviously I failed at uploading every day. Work did that annoying “taking priority” thing, and will continue to do so. I will eventually finish all 31 demons planned, but I can’t stick to the schedule, sorry!

Hope you like this one! I started her twice. I scrapped the first version because I realized she was just an uninspired cross between Spiderverse’s lady Doc Oc and She-ra’s Entrapta. New version has beaker horns and tentacle tails, and I’m much happier with it.

OC-tober Day 14: Ariel

Went with the literal meaning “spirit of the air”, and I rather like how it turned out. (His horns are flutes!)

Getting real behind now, but I still intend to finish all 31. Eventually.

Still late, but maybe I’ll catch up this weekend?

OCtober, Day 3: One of your newest OCs

This is Arno and he’s my backup character for a Dragon Age D&D campaign I’m playing atm. An apostate with one and a half ears, who’s living as a city elf. I love him a lots❤️

I really wanted to ink, because it’s also INKtober, but I like the sketch way better. Shouldn’t have inked the eyelashes or filled in the lips :/

OCtober, Day 2: One of your oldest OCs

His name is Ariel and he is a traveling merchant and magician in an original story I planned and abandoned long ago… Still love you, man, sorry for cancelling your story :v
