Tevinter is falling. Everyone knows that, but Dorian is in denial, desperately trying to save his country, not listening to Vax pleads to escape while they still can. They get into fight but Vax won’t leave his side. This results in Trevelyan’s death. In their son’s death. And Tevinter crumbles anyway.

Dorian is devastated. Unhinged. Had he know he will lose his family, he would burn Tevinter down himself. Alas it’s too late now, he’s been too stubbornly stupid and lost everything.

Somehow he survives and finds a way to get back in time, trying to do the same thing he judged Alexius for doing. Finding the irony cruel. He’s more successful than his mentor but ends up in time before he and Vax got together.

No thoughts, just Dorian seeing Vaxus alive after however long it took him to figure out time travel. Dorian falling apart and telling him everything. Vax calmly taking in the fact of his future death - he’s surprised he got to live that long to be completely honest. Vax stunned awe at the realization that he has - that they - have a son. “Had.” Dorian bitterly corrects.

“liquid courage”
So a few weeks ago I lost power due to this wild wind storm. To pass the time I decided to fuck around with crayons and colored pencils, and freestyle a goofy little dirk/todd comic. I realize it’s not very good, but I had fun scribbling it!

can I just say how gorgeous this is? I have hardly EVER seen such great fanart drawn with crayons! Hell yeah, I need more of this!

hahah thank you so much! I think a lot of artists dismiss crayons as a legitimate art making tool, but theyre really so vibrant and expressive!
