olruggio has opinions about watercolour vs gouache which he’s ranting to qifrey about despite qifrey being the watercolour artist and olruggio working with sculpture. qifrey’s known for landscapes and the sudden Really Fucked Up abstract art that’s unnerving to look at. he’s got both in his office and the messed-up ones are above his desk so he can see them when he’s working at it and students are like “urm…” whenever they go in there for a chat
olruggio’s desk is always a mess of in-progress concept art so he doesn’t use it for usual work, basically hunching over his laptop on his actual lap
