Proud to be a Dwarf, Proud to be Black and proud to be Femme all wrapped up in a 4ft stocky body!
Even though she’s a casteless criminal turned mystical hero to a bunch of humans she doesn’t let them look down her her for not being “acceptably” beautiful like a human woman or “Pretty” like an elf ((I’m looking at you Race gated Cullen) )
Even though Vivienne fines her style to be gaudy sometimes she can’t pretend that her makeup (even on the battle field) is always flawless. And even though Varric isn’t as pro dwarf as she is he’s always watching his back to make sure she isn’t trying to steal his title of “Hairiest Flashest Criminal Rouge” in the Inquisition.

I’m screaming.
I spent half of the day making armor for everyone, then tinting it. Then making weapons as well, while trying to be lore-friendly. This is the result.
Varric is clearly ready to fight, there’s no other reason to have his guns exposed >.> Dorian has Silk Brocade because that is Varlen’s favorite :)
