This fancy pie is my favorite from the Christmas pins. I also think it shows the selective glaze I picked for this collection the best. The juicy fruit parts of the pie are glossy, with the crust matte. All of the rest of the pins in the collection also have this. Can you guess what parts on the other pins (squirrel, deer, pudding, gifts) are shiney?
