Summary: They were real. In all of his years of life on Remnant, Oz could never find evidence for their existence. Surely, they must have been folklore, fantasy, perhaps a colloquial representation of depression and dark thoughts. Another fairytale to add to the pile. Or so Oz thought- until one day when the Apathy stood right in front of him.
Author’s Note: Today’s entry for @ozqrowweek clocks in at “biggest stretch.” It kind of fits the prompt, but I took some liberties. Oh well. That’s what makes it fun! If you choose to read, I hope you enjoy it!
Summary: Qrow is tired. Tired of fighting, tired of grieving, but most of all, he’s tired of watching his partner lose his life. Over and over and over again. Oz tries to come up with a solution, no matter how flawed it may be. He can’t lose Qrow, not now. Not when he needs him the most.

As soon as I saw this prompt, I knew exactly which AU required revisiting for it. So this one turned into a Chapter 2 for (what was supposed to be) a one-shot! I actually worked in a ficlet I wrote as well, giving it more depth and context. If you choose to read, I hope you enjoy the angst to get the week started XD
Qrow Branwen was a former assassin, sent to kill his own husband.
When he awakens in the afterlife, like most, he has no recollection of who he is or what his life was like.
Perhaps where his husband and himself are no longer lovers, someone new will fill the hole it leaves behind.

Day 4 of ozqrowweek 2022!! Taking a well deserved vacation, Ozpin and Qrow have a wonderful nap at the beach <3 For this day, @cara-kira did the sketch and lines, and I did the coloring, shading and background!
Also a close up of birb Qrow, because the little squimch is so cute you need to see it in higher quality;
Lying is hard, but not because it’s difficult. Lying is hard, because after a while, it becomes simple. Simple, second nature, a necessity, even.

Day 2 of ozqrow week 2022, in collaboration with @cara-kira ! For this day, we chose the corruption prompt and stretched the definition of the word a bit. Before the events of V3, Ozpin worries he may have “tricked” Qrow in believing in him so blindly, and fears what he might think of him when he learns the truth.
For this day, Cara wrote the poem and drew Oz and Qrow in every panel, I drew every other character and added some light coloring as well!

This takes place in the beginning of V7, after Oz’s truth got revealed. Like in canon, Qrow didn’t take it very lightly, and avoided talking, or even looking at Oz for a while. Until at some point, they collected the courage to talk to each other again, and work it out.
