Look “who” stopped by for a visit this weekend! This Barred Owl hung out for several hours, and posed for many, many pictures. We also had an eagle overhead, and a few hawks. Pretty awesome spring day with the snow melting! I could never go back to film photography….between the bright moonscape the night before, and all the birds yesterday, I took 564 pictures in 24 hours……..

Happy Caturday! Perfect day to be out with a camera….had a Barred Owl visit for a few hours this afternoon, a couple of hawks, and an eagle! Pretty awesome day.

March skies…..the clouds were great in the afternoon, then ole man winter decided he wasn’t thru with us yet and gave us another 4 inches(10 cm) of snow.

hibiscus….brought a couple of healthy hibiscus plants in the house this past fall, and it’s been great to have them bloom occasionally this winter(didn’t expect any blooms, just hoped to winter them over until spring)

frog hanging out in the hosta leaves –this guy visited in May 2020, that garden has over 2 feet of snow right now, piled up from shoveling….I’m ready for spring
