I made some brushes! These are all custom-made brushes that I made to paint “Awakening” (the painting on the preview there), they’re all super-nice to use and achieve a painterly look with subtle hue shifts and variation in texture. They’re for Photoshop but work really well in Procreate too - find them here!

i spent an evening throwing together some of the most basic chain/pattern brushes imaginable in case i ever need them and figured i’d toss em out in case anyone else thinks they may ever need them
Rather than splitting them up over several smaller packs, I put almost all of the current pattern brushes I’ve got up as one mega-pack on my ko-fi shop for $8!
Though I think I will keep the (more) Hand-inked brushes pack up there too for now.
I do have plans to convert my brush packs to other formats (photoshop, CSP) later, but for now, here you go.
This pack has been a lifesaver for me when working on background details and all the thematic thorn elements in the comic’s imagery. They can be used individually, or layered for a really nice effect. Clipping masks and a back layer behind these brushes make for very quick work in making background elements rich with personality - or you can use them as stylistic elements, plain and simple!
Includes outline variants of certain brushes as well as some fun flora fillers. Mix and match combinations (naked vines + thorn variants, leaf variants , or even more layered vine variants) to create a ton of looks from a rich deep forest, to a fantasy world, to something much more spooky-inclined.
