Full moon rising / Run, baby, run, baby, run

A series of quick, screencap-like thumbnails to nail down the vibes of the story, and maybe come up with more scenes. Also to understand and practice color values, which is something I’d never heard of until a couple of months ago and entirely changed my perspective on art and coloring.

I realized that I need — and love — having visuals for the stories in my head, so I’ll most likely post more of these studies and sketches as I figure out the plot.

By the way, they’re not in chronological order to avoid spoiling the main concept, so they won’t make much sense for now. But do any of these spark curiosity?

— Who are you really?

Mona (left) and Ka'ali (right) on their journey to find the mythological Moonfolk. A faux cover to visualize the mood and keep me motivated to write a story that’s still only in my head.
