• we are experiencing another big wave of shadow triggering energy right now. with today being the ‘day out of time’ between the end and the beginning of two galactic years it’s a day of purification, of purging, of dying, of releasing the old and making space for the new - which is in truth only a transmuting of the shadows into the light, of alchemizing lower vibrational aspects into higher alignment with our truth.

the current energies are stirring deep within us. you might notice old patterns resurfacing and different physical symptoms that are accompanying this shedding phase.
welcome it all with unconditional acceptance.
witness through a lens formed by the deep knowing that everything is divine, everything is God in disguise.

and anything that is asking for your attention is just waiting for you to embrace it with the love it didn’t receive, with the love that it fears not to be worthy of.

when a shadow aspect is being revealed to us we often react with neglect. we don’t want to identify with these parts as we painfully experienced blame or abuse about it in the past.
we learned that this behavior or pattern is not being met with acceptance so we try to hide it and push it down.
don’t react with the same control or judgment towards yourself.
this - as challenging as it can be - is your call to step up and go for a higher choice.
welcoming anything coming up with love instantly creates a space for integration and transformation.
you are a divine being. you are God’s creation.
there is meaning in these moments of despair. there is a message in this mess.
a purpose in your pain.
don’t deny yourself the gift of unconditional love - consciously choose it. take the risk of owning all that you are.
own what is being revealed to you.
go for compassion this time. soften where it is painful, lean into the parts that are so very scared, melt into the emotions that are coming up.

it is safe to feel. it is safe to be you in all your colors. it is safe to listen to the voices that were shut down. it is safe to love and be loved ♥️
