This is one of the coolest blouses I ever found. It was VERY puffy nylon with very generous sleeves and puffed 1980’s shoulders. I purchased it around 1982 and unfortunately lost it. Only 2 models wore it; Dana and Cindy (above). Images exist of the above model locked in handcuffs. Pic by me (as noted in the image!)
