headcanons i can’t (and won’t) stop thinking about
- Alyss actually can’t sing, which she is fine with because she’d much rather just listen to Will play anyways.
- Cassandra, however, has a pretty decent voice and used to sing with Will quite a bit. It also helped them work through their shared trauma.
- No one ever told Will about Halt throwing nobles into moats. So he didn’t really understand why everyone was so amused when *he* threw a noble into a moat.
- Cassandra and Horace don’t really cuddle, mainly because Cassandra isn’t big on hugs etc. and really appreciates her personal space.
- Will and Alyss cuddle and hold hands all the time, it can get a little (very) cheesy, but most of their friends are used to it because also as kids they used to hold hands and sit together a lot.
- Cassandra likes the fitting, tight turtlenecks. Alyss is a big fan of the thick fluffy turtlenecks.
- Ironically, Will has a birthmark on his shoulder that looks a bit like a butterfly. Alyss had to chuckle the first time she noticed it, which was after the events in Nihon-Ja.
- I don’t remember if I said this before or not, but Cassandra is actually left handed and has just trained herself to be right handed because it’s easier in society.
- Jenny still has a ring from when she was a baby, which she wears on a necklace around her neck.
- Will barely moves in his sleep, which kinda freaked Alyss out.
- Apart from a few good days (there were definitely some) Cassandra hated being pregnant.
- Pauline lowkey always wanted to have kids, but she wasn’t going to give up her job or marry someone she didn’t love for it.
- Cassandra likes to grow out her hair just so she can cut it really short again.
can you imagine how weird it must’ve been for the people in Wensley to see like 25 rangers, the Princess of Araluen, a couple knights, Baron Arald, a wholeass party of Skandians, and a bunch of other people go into the woods for Will’s graduation.
on that same note, how did Will not hear them?? as a now fully graduated ranger??
