One big advice that helps me and can possibly help you is this one little thing:
Enlist all the things that you feel in your day-by-day and just focus on the good ones why? Simple, it make us feel worthliving and good in the inside and with this sensation you feel warm, that maybe all this hell you are living is not that bad at all, please do this if you have problems like i do it helps a lot.
