How you meet

You were not the greatest at dating and you felt that you were always meeting duds. Having decided to spend the year working on yourself, you downloaded a social media app and became addicted to scrolling through people’s lives and eventually gained the confidence to walk strangers through your self-love year. Quickly, it gained a lot of views and you were drowning in followers and people were leaving comments of encouragement. There was one particular follower who was always duetting and stitching your posts and you decided to send him a DM. It turned out he was also on his own year of self-care and you both became close friends which later became something more.

Where you go on a date

Reiner strikes me as the type that loves beer? I just feel like since you’re both “influencers” you would choose somewhere that has something to create potential content like a brewery of some sort. You came up with the idea and he found the place. Can we talk about Reiner’s pink cheeks when he tastes too many beers and starts getting tipsy?

Something that goes ‘wrong’

I am calling it ‘wrong’ because once Reiner gets drunk, he gets way more confident and you get to sit back and enjoy hearing him bust out in his favorite karaoke songs, singing in front of the entire bar. He actually gets a decent sized crowd with his throwback songs.

How they confess

When he finally gets off stage and makes his way back to you, he trips over his own feet and falls to the ground in front of you. When you bend over to help him up, asking if he’s okay, he tells you that he “fell for you”.

What gift they bring you

Reiner is adorable and a bit of a spaz so when he gets so nervous about the Valentine’s Day date and forgets to even get you a gift, he runs to the nearest convenience store and grabs the first thing he thinks you will like. An apron. It’s blue and frilly and has a little spoon on the front and you love it.
