This temple has been abandoned for quite a while, but recently somewhat restored to its former glory. The identity of the statue located within the temple is yet to be determined.
Ok so, sharing my first lot! I’ve always wanted to build something with very minimal CC, just out of my own interest. This turned out alright, so I figured I’d share it. Bear in mind this lot wasn’t really built for function, but more for storytelling. I haven’t really furnished upstairs, but I’m sure y’all can turn it into a lavish temple. It’s located at “The Oceanview Estate“ lot, near Abu Simbel.
Welcome to the new year everyone~ My New Year’s gift to you is a second(orthird, I guess) base camp for World Adventures.
Al Camphara is a village-style base camp for Sims who just don’t want to tough it out in the desert. I left the upstairs rooms empty in case you’d like to add more.
The .zip folder comes with .Sims3Pack and .package files, along with handy-dandy placement instructions. Naturally, you’ll need WA for this, but that’s it.
So@arogaba requested a house for their lepacy family. 3 bedrooms with space for skill building and for the bedrooms to be left unfurnished. So this is what I’ve come up with.

I LOVE mid-century homes, but this one seemed pretty poor on the interior to me. The exterior structure is nice, I really like it, but again, the materials used on the outside were typically EA mega-fugly.
I wanted to keep it mostly “as is” but edited the exterior walls around the chimney to get rid of the wasted space, and edited a few walls here and there just to make it look more pleasing to me.
I also edited the inside structure, so now it has 3 bedrooms and a little smaller bathroom.
It’s nothing flash, I just made it over for my own game and thought someone else might want it too. The pictures aren’t great, but my free camera only works intermittently. I’ve been sick for the last week so I don’t have the patience to sit here and fiddle to get good shots. We all know what the house looks ( looked ) like
It costs about 32k, is on 20x30 lot size, and is unfurnished. I’m also fairly sure that brick pattern is an EA one. The house is in .package, so just throw it into your library folder.
With the paranormal pack out now, I figured it was time to actually release my (very poorly) hidden treat from simblreen. There’s not much to say about tbh, but I’ve included the small amount of cc that I used since some of the windows haven’t been updated yet. Also! I used this siding by peacemaker (it’s included though!).

So I’m not sure what prompted this, but I was really inspired to try decorating one of the Belladonna Cove “socialite” apartments in a super fancy rococo-ish style? And I am kind of in love with the result! So this is Audrey Manor, upgraded.
I am not sure if I will be making over all of Belldonna Cove since it’s such a huge hood, but I really have the itch to make some European-style stuff so we shall see :)

A couple of lots I built for our @build-a-hood project! First up is a residential lot on a 2x2 plot. It has 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms and a weird little tower thingy attached to the side. It’s furnished for a family of 5 and I was gonna do an unfurnished version until I, for the first time ever, realized that cleaninstaller has a “remove furniture” option when installing lots so yeah, use that if you want.
Smackdab in the middle of Whiskerman’s Wharf lies this quirky little house - A perfect place for Sim families to relax and take in the fresh sea air! With 2 bedrooms, 1 main bathroom, and an open-plan living/kitchen/dining space, this small home is bigger than it first appears.
