So long as PJO has focus on kids with ADHD, I’m happy. PJO is the first mainstream series that I knew of to call specific attention to people with learning disabilities. All of these characters represent an often overlooked, mistreated, and misrepresented minority: the neurodivergent. So no matter what they look like, I want to see myself in them. I just hope the cast is directed with this integral representation in mind.
