You know, one concept I always love is mysterious dream visions that are meant to tell the person getting them what they need to find/get their hands on to achieve their goal.
Like, say, Emmet having a dream of Ingo in a deep sleep with a weird rock embedded in the palm of his hand, then seeing the rock locked in a wooden box with a weird symbol on the front of it. (And the unexplained felling that this is really important and he needs to remember it.)
Did some design planning to figure out how Matwilo looks. I mean, I obviously have the design I made in PLA (since I used him as my player character), but I needed to figure out how he would look as I drew/described him in the story. I’ll post colored versions of these drawings later.
Like making it clear that, as a Gerudo, he is a stronk boi. He gets to be a lil’ biff, as a treat.
Also, he thinks Hisui (Sinnoh) is way too cold and is always dressed in multiple layers. He’s a desert child, snow is not his element.
(He also has the Zoroark Mask. He thinks it’s creepy and is half-certain that it’s cursed and his limited magic training is the only thing protecting him from it. He doesn’t dare throw it away for fear that it would make someone else a victim.)
