お誕生日のディナーで久しぶりのお寿司！！

白ワインから始めて日本酒で。

全て美味しいかったけど、ホタテにカラスミが乗ってたのは衝撃的に美味！はあ〜幸せ。。。

Had sushi dinner for my birthday today!

Been so long since I went out for sushi and sat on a counter so It was such an amazing time : ))

Everything was so delicious but my favorite was scallop with dried mullet roe on top! (Probably my first time eating dried mullet roe?)

Pairing everything with chilled white and sake was just perfect!

あ〜、目の保養〜。お腹もたっぷり満たされました。

トロ、ホタテ、イクラがたっぷり！

Sigh, am i in heaven???

Loaded with salmon roe, fresh scallop and fatty tuna over vinegar rice…a true treat for me : ))
