バケーション3日目の朝は、またまた可愛いお客様が。。。大きなどんぐりを咥えてて可愛い

今日もハイキングなので朝食をちゃんと取って出発!

帰ってきたら早速焚き火して、赤ワイン飲みつつ昨日仕込んでおいたピザの生地を広げて、モッツァレラ、自家製トマトソース、じっくり火を通して甘くした玉ねぎ、仕上げにオリーブオイルとバジルをふりかけて、グリルの上でピザを焼きました!めちゃウマ!

Had another cute guest on the porch in the 3rd morning of my vacation in the Catskills : ))

Had power breakfast since I was planning to go on a hike again today!

After coming back home from the hike, I opened a nice red wine prepping to make homemade pizza on a grill for dinner. I made pizza dough yesterday so I spread them out, put mozzarella, homemade tomato sauce, caramelized onion then finished with olive oil and basil. The crust came out super flavorful and crunchy and went very nicely with the red!!!

アボカドトースト欲に逆らえず、朝ごはんに作ってしまいました。ポーチドエッグ最高。
