With fabrication complete it’s time to blend all the joints and add some sweet lines to our rocking chairs
We use a combination of an angle grinder & die grinder both using carbide carving tools from @kutzall
We like the original coating and the flat style wheel oh and the 1.5” long carving burr is the bees knees

Well Proven Chair by Marjan van Aubel and James Shaw
TheWell Proven Chair project uses the waste products of wood production, including sawdust and shavings, which are mixed with a bio-resin and dye and applied by hand to an ash frame. The resin then foams and expands, creating a molten underside to the piece.
