This Friday’s Featured Friend is lps #1898! An all blue sea turtle with pink spots on the head and shell and eyes with blue and pink bands in the iris!
Thoughts: kind of makes me think of those old opaque blue Scooby Doo fruit gummies?? These guys where Scooby was a light blue?? Man, those were good.
I can’t formulate other thoughts right now since I’m thinking about fruit snacks but this lps seems very nice!!! Like they’d be squishy like a fruit snack and maybe smell like a bag of fruit snacks too. On a non fruit snack related note, I bet their handwriting is really nice and neat with little round friendly edges.
The Monk
If Carapace was a hella sea-themed monk in feudal Japan?? I had a bit of a hard time formulating this design but I thought carapace predecessors were the “rocks” to the miraculous gang – a being who would protect and always carry an assuring presence regardless of the obstacles ahead. Hence, I thought a monk would embody such well-grounded values
