• Shay is a busy father
• So there is a chance he might not be there when the baby is born
• He stays busy in the Order so there isn’t a lot of one on one time
• But he is fiercely protective of his child(ren)
• When he is around he is teaching them everything he knows
• His youngest likes to climb trees so he teaches them how to do it safely
• His oldest is a bit rambunctious but he finds it oddly charming
• They definitely get the sense of sarcasm from him
• There’s lots of roughhousing if he has son’s
• He loves to spend time with them when he can
• Reading to them, cooking for them, teaching them to fight
• If he has daughters he lets them play with his hair
• You’ve left them alone and come back to him with flowers all weaved in his hair
• He doesn’t mind it and wears it proudly
• When he’s home for an extended amount of time he takes all the time he can to be with them
• He makes sure that even though he can’t be there all the time they know he still loves them unconditionally~
