Tenpatch NEW Reference Art

A Shipchild between Nightmare (father) and Error (mother).

Has a very active and childish personality. Is often found running around Nightmare’s castle, reading books at the library, or travelling through AUs.

Loves chocolates, and anything sweet. Hates spicy and/or bitter foods (for now).

Is being trained by Nightmare to battle. Other than physical attacks using his tentacles, he can also trap the foe with oily strings, though he’s still working on that one. It’s good for slowing opponents down.
Physical attacks won’t faze him, and the oily substance he excretes can melt knives.

Can create up to 2 tentacles from any of his garments. It’s not growing from him directly, but out from his scarves and ribbons and whatnot.
Can regenerate, but will need moisture to do so.

Hates being exposed to water. Also weak to fire, since oil burns well. His clothes and crown is made of magic, so those won’t burn off.

His mother made the crown out of cotton and strings. Error, sensing that Tenpatch may grow and let his powers get out of control, made it so that the crown would suck his magic out. It also sucks negative emotions out (Nightmare doesn’t know this, since Error secretly put that detail in). If Error is asked “Why is a child between two evil skeletons such a good boy?”, Error would change the subject immediately. And will not let anyone touch the crown, no matter how friendly they are.
If the crown breaks, t…(the wr か̜ͪ̅̍̅͂͊ ͜͜͏̘̣͔͙͎͎̘ iting ơ̟̤̖̗͖͇̍͋̀͆̓́͞͡ is cut off h ơ̟̤̖̗͖͇̍͋̀͆̓́͞͡ ere by す͜͜͏̘̣͔͙͎͎ error 繝?Φ繝代ャ繝)
