Hermione, Fleur, and Angelina have a nearly unbreakable bond between them as Weasley wives. It goes beyond family to dip into real friendship, and beyond friendship because it is wrapped up and rooted in family. There’s a fair amount of dependence upon each other in there, too, as none of them could imagine either Weasleyhood or motherhood alone.
They could not be more different from each other, but somehow Hermione’s nerve, Fleur’s authority, and Angelina’s x-ray intuition complement each other perfectly. They know that one day, they’ll be the ones carrying the family, shaping the future for their children and grandchildren, and holding everyone’s secrets close to their chests. One day, the family will depend upon them as much as the three of them depend on each other.
Hermione doesn’t expect to become friends with Ron’s older twin brothers, but her relationships with both Fred and George develop much more organically than her other friendships, even the ones with Harry and Ron. Even Ginny was harder to get to know than Fred and George, but Hermione is close with them by the time her second year begins.
Fred’s intellectual wavelength matches Hermione’s almost exactly. Things tend to hit them the same way, and they often meet each other’s eyes during tense moments. George, on the other hand, is more emotionally similar to Hermione. Later in life, after Fred’s death, he attaches himself to her, like she’s his moral compass.
Like with Ron and Ginny, she’s grateful when the twins can diffuse the tension of her inner world, although she knows they’re much more than comic relief. She sees how smart they are, even when their own mum doesn’t.
They love her as much as they love Harry. It’s different from the way they protect Ron and Ginny of course, but they’d still do anything for her.
Percy is a heavy smoker - it’s his coping mechanism of choice. George drinks instead, to deal with grief or anxiety or boredom.
They help each other conceal their various vices, and spend evenings in George’s shop-adjacent-apartment making sure neither of them are consumed.
