Deja Views- a 20x20 trailer on stilts lot for Woeford.
Of course you can place this lot in any [TS3] world but I have used CC for Woeford for this lot as that was where I built it. Without that it will look pretty weird I suspect This post is a bit long because I wanted to be as specific as I could as I realise not all players are familiar or comfortable with using CC in their games, but this lot does require at least some CC
FinalAngel City lot is a community lot, “The Muck Truck” which is a Cafe.
One piece of CC has been used, the “Tropical Umbrella Light” HERE and one Store Item, the Joshua Tree from Lucky Palms (which you can get HERE if you don’t have LP) but neither are essential. The All-In-One bathroom from Into The Future has been used so you will have to improvise if you don’t have that EP.
Do whatever you like with them, just don’t pretend you made them, thank you!
Well people here is first pack of walls and floors converted from The Sims 1. I really wanted for long time to remake these floors because nowhere you couldn’t find recreation of them. Some floors like palms rugs are extracted from the original game and I really tried to nail it but that’s everything I could do, because I couldn’t find anything that can resemblace to original aestethic of these floors. So for now here are floors and walls from 1st and 2nd expansion pack from The Sims 1.
*All floors are in Miscellaneous category with their original price and description.
*They are overlays and there are no recolorable channels for them.
*All credit goes to Maxis for original design.
*If someone wants to convert these walls and floors for other games can do it free, but I hope you will tag me if you convert it. :)

As I knew floors from Superstar and Makin Magic never were created by anyone so I really wanted to convert them for The Sims 3.

Here’s that thing I was suppose to upload so long ago. So, here’s how this stuff works. The drawers are completely separate. They stack inside of the credenza - bcuz modular yo!- so you have infinite coloring options with the drawers - take that, stupid 4 color channel limit-. The Vases have quite a few recolors, and multipliers as pictured in the second picture… That’s about it.
Didn’t want to leave my loyal following in the dark so here’s an update on a pipedream set in the worx. Decided to test my 3d modeling skills with something out of my comfort zone. With that said, this thing is unnecessarily and stupidly high poly. Pushing the 10k poly markBUT IT’S PRETTY!! and that’s all that matters right ?! *pc explodes*…. Yea, anyway, I had alotta fun recoloring. Here’s some of my combos.. most of which ripped off google images because I have no originality. Hopefully, for my sake and yours this set will release soon. If I could quit my job and do this full time, I would..
annnd I just realised I forgot to make the pillow. Set postponed until further notice. Abort mission.
Here’s a kitchen set I threw together. I didn’t get to do everything I wanted with this set but i’m still satisfied with it. The pans and pots on the wall rack thing are a little wonky, it takes some getting use to. I would recommend OMSP’s to force them into submission. Collection File included.
