Flower Arranging - Interaction and Skill!
Get a big sniff o’ that pollen, for flower arranging has arrived to Sims 3!
To start, purchase the Flower Arranging Table from Buy mode in Hobbies and Skills.
Before a Sim has learnt the Flower Arranging Skill, you can Dabble at the table until you get a skill point. Then after that, you can start making flower arrangements, learning new ones as you skill up.
This mod comes with 15 new harvestables - all flowers converted from Sims 4. These are used to make the arrangements.
There are a lot of flower arrangements you can make - I converted ~40 from the Sims 4, and there are 3 made from Seasons’ Wildflowers. Once made, they give off a nice scent for Sims around them, but after some time (default 48hrs) they will start to smell and attract flies, so you might want to throw them away then.
oh my goodness this is just fantastic!!! and you made harvestable flowers too!! slowly but surely sims 3 modders are making all my dreams come true
Knitting for TS3 - Alpha version
Hello everyone
I have been working on a knitting interaction and skill, and I am at a point where I would love some feedback as well as testers to make sure things are generally working okay.
It isn’t super perfect, like the animations can do with some tweaking, and most of it is quite a basic set-up rather than fully fleshed out/finished, but the overall activity does work.
You can knit objects, and level up in the knitting skill, and the more you level up, the more likely you will succeed at knitted objects with higher recommended skill levels.
If you’d like to test and give me feedback and ideas, that would be amazing.
There are several package files that need to be installed, and they are all together in a folder for you to put in your Mods folder.
The download also includes a text file with more detailed information about what I have done and planned to do, which is a good idea to read before trying it out.
Thank you for any help and I hope you enjoy!
Don’t Bee Stupid - stay in your bee hat please
I found it really annoying when my sim is tending her bees and she keeps changing in and out of the bee hat at the beeginning and end of each interaction. Stacking up interactions on just 2 boxes is already 8 lots of switching in and out of the bee keeping outfit, and so to get this bee out of my bonnet, I decided to edit the interactions to stop this :p
This is a pure script mod, which replaces the 4 beekeeping interactions with custom ones that stop the sim from changing back into the regular outfit at the end. So if you start a set of interactions on the bee box, your sim will change into the hat, and carry on with the interactions until done - no changing out of the hat and back in again every time.
This does mean that you need to manually change back into everyday clothes afterwards, as the sim will stay in the hat once the interactions are done, but that’s a small price to pay.
The rest of the beekeeping functionality should be exactly the same.
The interactions that are replaced:
- Smoke Box
- Clean Box
- Feed Bees
- Harvest Honey
So this mod will conflict with any other that replaces any of these.
Also note that ITUN and XML (XMLs should be fine) tuning mods for the original interactions will no longer function, and so if you want these new interactions to have those tuned values, you will need to edit the ITUNs provided in the package.
If there are any issues, please let me know. Also, if you have any suggestions for more tweaks/improvements of the beekeeping interactions, feel free to let me know and I can look into adding them.
brown goo? no thanks
normal food? yeah okay
flawless textures? beyond any doubt
pees? pees?! peas!
…should be ready soon-ish!
Flower Arranging - Interaction and Skill!
Get a big sniff o’ that pollen, for flower arranging has arrived to Sims 3!

This mod doesn’t do much by itself, but my shader mods will depend on it as its purpose is to enable the injection of custom shaders into TS3 (Replacing original ones)
Download:SFS/Dropbox
To install, extract the .zip file into your “Sims 3/Game/Bin” directory. If you’re on Origin you will have to launch the game via the “TS3PatchLauncher.exe” when you want to play with custom shaders. If you’re not on Origin you can get rid of this executable and launch the game normally.
If you have the Smooth Patch installed, it will ask you to replace some files, it doesn’t really matter if you do or not as these files are the exact same and both mods will work fine together.
This mod was tested on 1.69 and 1.67, can’t promise it’ll work on older versions. No Mac support, sorry!
If you’re wondering how to make your own shaders:
Wiki
This project is currently merely a WIP proof of concept, rewrites and restructuring might happen (and should honestly, the code is a MESS) and a lot of features are missing.
You’ll need my Shader Modding Framework for this mod to work.
This is a set of improvements and fixes to some of the shaders in The Sims 3.
Download:SFS/Dropbox
To install the mod, extract the zip into your “Sims 3 Install Directory/Game/Bin”

Knitting Mod - Released!
Get yer needles ready. It’s time.
Knitting!
This mod adds a knitting interaction and skill to the game.To get started, buy a pair of knitting needles. You’ll also need to purchase yarn to knit with. The knitting bag can be used to store knitting needles and yarn, so if you have a family of knitters, or just a sim who likes to knit an awful lot, it’s a convenient way to keep the items together.
You can knit items or just practise. Skill up to get better at making more advanced projects.
Traits will affect how fast, successful, and happy sims are at knitting, and there are 6 custom moodlets related to knitting.
There are few things I want to look into adding/changing, so there will likely be updates coming up.
Thank you for all the support and kind words! I really hope you like the mod <3
