You guys, I am so very excited to share this month’s set. SimspirationBuilds & I got together to create a HUGE set to fully customize a build idea that was really inspiring us. The idea is set around a co-working space & café. We wanted to create a super cozy but modern working environment. The 1st floor would be an area to gather, take a coffee break & relax. The second floor is divided in small working areas, with a bigger space for meeting/sales pitch etc. We totally had in mind a place to allow different types of small businesses to work in the best atmosphere possible. Cozy, but work oriented, with all the amenities in one building. The goal is to bring together self-employed people, small businesses & entrepreneurs all under the same roof. Hence, the name archipelago.
For this collab, we both created separate sets that complete each other. To download @simspirationbuilds part of the collab & have access to her content (20 meshes) & build, head over to her tumblr (or instagramorpatreon). All the content is, as usual, early access.
Now, regarding my content: I created 26 new meshes (!!), from sofas to desk, to clutter. Adding to these 6 different minimal-type windows, a glass door, a cozy little deco reading nook etc! For the archipelago collab, all the content in my preview pictures is staged for the purpose of showcasing a café/work environment, but I definitely see most of those pieces used in a regular home as well, to create a cozy living area or a home office space.

Hi tumblr friends & happy month of May ♥ This month, I am bringing you ungasan set. A minimal bathroom set, with a touch of luxury that a spa would convey. Its elements are mostly based on a combo of stone & wood; you will find marble swatches, along with neutral quartz texture & rich wood tones. I also added some frosted glass divider to create a minimal style separation between areas. Ungasancontains23 new meshes, everything made from scratch from beginning to end. The sink is functional but only the faucet on the right side. I hope you like it!

Okk you guys, we could not wait anymore! @simspirationbuilds & I worked for over a month together to bring you a collaboration set in May! It brings me so much joy to share this little sneak peek with you, it’s just so much fun to work with such an amazing and inspiring friend!
I personally made 25 (!!!) new meshes to really complete and personalize a build idea that was really inspiring to both of us. I want to keep the details a little surprise for the day we publish, beginning of May, BUT you will loveee it, I promise! SimspirationBuilds worked extraa hard and created 15 new meshes + 5 new floors & walls AND created a beautiful build that ties everything together so perfectly! Hellooo friends! I’m baaackk, rested and energized! Thank you SO MUCH for understanding and still being here, it means a lot to me. For you this month, I have a beautiful bedroom set for you guys. It contains 19 new meshes and a slight scandi vibes(I think? I never really know… haha sorry!). There are 2 different versions for the duvet (they don’t superpose), but the second duvet has a throw blanket that can go on top as a different mesh/package file. You will notice that I also added some smaller items, like jewelry & clutter deco items. I took the time to give them nice details for all the close-up/zoomed in pics you guys are so good at doing!
P.S there’s also a wooden floor, it’s nothing special, but I really wanted it, personally, for my game and thought it was perfect for the vibe I wanted for this bedroom, so I included it. It’s HD and preettyyy.

A bit of a confused set for February, I must admit! I made 2 types on windows (open and close & in small and medium walls), a fireplace (also in 2 heights), but I also added a long dining table with pouf (acting as dining chairs), a sideboard and a pendant light (in 3 heights). There is more content, all the details are below as usual. I think here my idea was to create a dining room with a cozy area to sit by the fire? I’m not sure! Haha!
