His weapon is a narguile that charges with vape thus can be used by other magic users - but he doesnt need it as he can blow the smoke from his mouth by himself, like a dragon. Once the smoke hits the target it causes varying effects based on its color - from support effects such as calming down/relaxing or healing to confusion or physical damage.
