summary: day one: tale/legend, based directly on the cut verse of the song “chant” from hadestown which also retells the hades and persephone relationship dynamic from greek mythology. this is fully based on the hadestown dynamic of the two and not the mythology canon because that would be concerning.
author’s note: i am so excited to see dip has a week, wanted to write for this so badly and finally decided on a few prompts but this one was the most exciting and daring to me since its a set of flashbacks/stories intertwined, i was of course directly inspired and base this on “hadestown” because… its a really good show.

What if…? /Ouija: What if Pip and Damien appeared in certain chapters together? Or in a video game perhaps? / Would Pip ever want to contact with Damien or Damien to Pip because he can’t go up to heaven?
Costume party / Dance: Damien and Pip could finally be invited to a party or maybe they would go to Damien’s father’s party. / It could be the prom or just a cute and simple dance.
Metrosexual, Goth, Vamp or Raisin / Song: Guys might search through these styles and find an ideal one for them, but which one do you prefer? / Share with us which song is more attached to Damien and Pip or which one they could share with each other.
First time / Visit to the fair: It could be his first kiss, his first date or his first meeting. / Just a quiet visit to the fair. Or maybe a chaos…
I was about to abandon this project many times due to some problems but I have decided to start now! I love this shipp soooo much and several people messaged me to find out if this would still stand after that long, so… The DIP WEEK is coming for November!

@dipweek daythree:“what if?” featuring the plot from the “pip” episode where instead of attending the ball and reuniting with estella first, damien is the first person he comes across and gets introduced to. greatly based on the song “the ball” from great comet.
note: this was such a last minute idea but my girlfriend, who btw is participating and you should follow at @mountainscouts immediately, seemed excited at the idea so decided to see it through and this is what happened! also in this I am making them 19 years of age because the song this is based on/topic of being married comes up and time is around early 1860’s like the original novel and also great comet which is based on war & peace was published the same year as great expectations which I found very ironic upon writing.

this is specifically based off the story of persephone and hades from the musical hadestown! they’re literally them so i had to draw the pair in their outfits. this is also the second part of a collab with the most amazing man ever, my bf @elderflowerfiles <3! you can read his beautiful half here♡
day 2: exchange
it’s valentine’s day and both pip and damien didn’t get anything but measly lollipops from the teacher. without much to give each other, they exchange lollipops so neither of them can say that they didn’t get anything from any of their classmates
Maybe it doesn’t exactly fit the prompt….but I think it’s still very cool!! This is artwork of Pip and Damien based off a fantasy tale roleplay my friends and I did a while back. Anyway I know I shared this a while back but I thought I’d posit it again in honor of@dipweek !!!!!!!!
