#ssam wraps

Fried chicken bao, eggplant bao, rice cakes, broccoli and ssam wraps at Momofuku Daisho.

My favorite was the ssam wraps - meat was so tender and freshness of lettuce as wraps balanced out the fatty parts of the pork. Overall I wasn’t really impressed with this place. There was a heavy vinegar flavour in every dish. Probably because it’s Korean inspired and I’m not a huge fan of Korean food.
