… and again happy birthday to this angel, whose work inspired a lot and helped a lot, he was a voice and an activist.
today we celebrate his life and his legacy, river jude phoenix was an amazing person and his life was cut too short but his memories will live on
in memory of river jude phoenix, may his soul continue to rest in peace

On July 23rd of every year, the town of Brownsville, OR (used as the filming location of Castle Rock) hosts “Stand By Me Day!” The celebration features guided tours of shooting locations throughout the town, a blueberry pie eating contest, and a replica of the boys’ tree house.
