Good morning!!
Today I’m sharing a look that I commented on the Must Have Denim post. It is an outfit put together by basics pieces with personality, both from Storets. This denim with slightly flared ends and a diagonal cut have been my summer favourites, I combined them with this pink shirt with ruffled shoulders. I added shoes from Mango and a hat from Raceuhats.

Hoy llevo un look del que os había hablado en el post Must Have Denim. Es un conjunto de básicos con personalidad ambos de STORETS. Los denim ligeramente acampanados con una apertura diagonal han sido mis favoritos del verano, los combine con esta camisa con rayas con volantes en los hombros, los llevo con estos zapatos color beige de Mango y un sombrero de Raceuhats.

A few days ago I had the pleasure of attending to the presentation of Prada’s new collection at their flagship store in Paseo de Gracia. Apart from being a social event and the presentation of their classic designs with a touch of retro, something typical from the brand, I must recognise that the event was perfectly organised. That’s why y want to express my gratitude for being invited.
For this occasion I chose this incredible floral dress from PINKO which has a seventies feeling, I paired it with velvet accessories like this PINKO shoes and a vintage PRADA bag. I found this clutch at Cotton Vintage, a vintage store that sells luxury pieces in Barcelona, a great place to find treasures.

Hace unos días tuve el placer de asistir a la presentación de la nueva colección de Prada en su flagship store de Paseo de Gracia. Además de ser todo un acontecimiento social y de presentarnos diseños clásicos y con un marcado aire retro , algo a lo que ya nos tiene acostumbrados la marca, debo reconocer que la organización del evento brilló a gran altura. Es por ello que quiero expresar públicamente mi gratitud por haber sido invitada.
Para esta ocasión elegí este increíble vestido floral de PINKO con un toque setentero, que acompañé con accesorios de terciopelo, como los zapatos, también de PINKO, y el clutch de PRADA Vintage. El clutch lo encontré en Cotton Vintage, una tienda de de artículos de lujo de segunda mano de Barcelona en la podemos adquirir verdaderos tesoros.

Prada Event A few days ago I had the pleasure of attending to the presentation of Prada’s new collection at their flagship store in Paseo de Gracia.Calas BCN is a bag brand Made in Barcelona which was created by Laura and her passion for scrapbooking. At a given moment, Laura decided to experiment with fabrics as a new material with which to personalize her designs. That was when she had the idea of doing handbags and started to create them completely out of fabric. Her first designs caused furor between her close friends and from this success she created her own brand. With time Laura has incorporated new materials to her designs, so now Calas BCN offers a great selection of quality handbags which are produced with lots of love and passion.
We both met through a common friend, Alberto, just at the time when we were both starting our professional projects, Calas BCNandNaima Barcelona Blog.
A little while back I met with her at the K+K Picasso Hotel for her to show me her new collection. I loved it, so I asked her to join me on my next shooting so I could show my followers her latest creations. Laura liked the offer, and now I want to share with you the outcome of this experience.
For this day I chose a neutral and monochromatic look with a clear protagonist, the Steve Madden’s sandals. I combined them with a gold shirt from Pedro del Hierro and a culotte and flowy trench from American Vintage. Of course I wanted to stand out the Calas BCN bags and I chose the OLIVIA model. To finish the look I used one of my favourite sunnies from Óptica Turó.

Calas BCN es una marca de bolsos Made in Barcelona que nació de la pasión de su creadora, Laura, por el scrapbooking. En cierto momento Laura se decidió a experimentar con la tela como un nuevo material para la personalización de sus diseños, y poco después tuvo la inquietud de crear bolsos hechos completamente de tela. Sus primeros diseños causaron furor entre sus amigas y este éxito inicial le ánimo a crear su propia marca de bolsos. Con el tiempo Laura no ha parado de incorporar nuevos materiales a sus diseños, de modo que actualmente Calas BCN puede ofrecer una selección de bolsos de calidad que están realizados con mucho gusto, mimo y pasión.
Laura y yo nos conocimos a través de una amigo común, Alberto, justo en el momento en el que ambas comenzábamos nuestros proyectos profesionales, Calas BCN y Naima Barcelona blog.
Hace poco me reuní con ella en el hotel K+K Picasso para que me mostrara su nueva colección. Me encantó y por eso le pedí que se sumase a mi próximo shooting, para que pudiera dar a conocer algunas de sus últimas creaciones. A Laura le gustó la idea y hoy os presento el resultado de esta experiencia.
Para este día elegí un look neutro, monocromático, y con un claro protagonista, las sandalias de Steve Madden, que están combinadas con una camiseta dorada de Pedro del Hierro y culotte y gabardina de American Vintage. Por supuesto quería que destacase el bolso de Calas BCN, y para ello elegí el modelo OLIVIA. Para redondear el look, una de mis gafas favoritas de Óptica Turó.

Each time I turn a year the same question arises, how many? And I ask, why everything has to be labeled or numbered? Does it even matter? Does that prove who we are? What represent me are my experiences, everything I’ve learned and felt, all I’ve loved and wanted. And a simple number … what difference does it make? I have the age to love passionately. To take risks, fall and pick myself up again. I have the age to enjoy until dawn, to get excited in each step of my life and keep pursuing my dreams. That’s my age!
Looks are the best reflection of this. They show my way of celebrating the life according with the occasion, from the day-by-day to the most sophisticated event. To celebrate my birthday I choose a glamorous one in which stands out the gold dress from La Croixé and also the perfect leather biker jacket from Pinko. To accessorize it I just added a mini satchel bag, also from Pinko, and an Hermes belt from Cotton Vintage.

Cada vez que cunmplo años se repite la misma pregunta, qué cuántos años tengo. Y yo me pregunto, ¿por qué todo hay que etiquetarlo o ponerle un número? ¿Qué más dará eso? ¿Demuestra acaso quiénes somos? Lo que me representan son mis vivencias, todo lo aprendido y sentido, todo lo que he deseado y querido. Y el número… ¡qué más dará! Tengo la edad para amar apasionadamente. Para arriesgarme sin miedo, volver a caer y a levantarme de nuevo. La edad en la que disfrutar hasta que amanezca, ilusionarme en cada etapa y seguir persiguiendo mis sueños. ¡Esa es mi edad!
Los looks son la mejor representación de esto. Reflejan mi manera de celebrar y ver la vida según la ocasión, desde el día a día a la fiesta más sofisticada. Y para celebrar mi cumpleaños, me decidí por un look festivo, sofisticado aunque con mucho carácter, en el que destaca el espectacular vestido dorado con espalda al aire de La Croixé y la perfecta biker de cuero de Pinko. Como accesorios, sólo son necesarios un mini bolso satchel, también de Pinko, y un cinturón de Hermes de Cotton Vintage.

Triple Denim Being the denim addict that I am, last week I was wearing this triple denim outfit and I couldn’t love it more.One of the last year stronger trends is to use a dress above the pants. Taking into account my native culture, for me this is something plain to wear. If you wish to venture with this trend, next I leave you my basic tips to be successful wit it:
Skinny pants suit best to shortish girls, while flered pants to taller ones,
take the initiative by combining basic colours,
and it’s essential to be heeled at any cost to stylize your figure!
This time I wear a gray suit, flered pants, knit dress, and shoes from Pinko. It’s combined with my bag from Jessica Buurman.
It’s easy, doesn’t it? :)
Una de las tendencias que hemos visto el último año con mucha fuerza es la de llevar un vestido por encima de los pantalones. Teniendo en cuenta mi cultura de origen, para mí es algo fácil de llevar. Si os animáis, aquí os dejo mis tips para atreverse con esta tendencia con acierto:
Los pants ajustados favorecen a las chicas bajitas, y los acampanados a las que son más altas,
hay que tomar la iniciativa combinando colores básicos,
¡y es imprescindible llevar tacones de cualquier tipo para estilizar la figura!
En este ocasión llevo un suit gris, pantalones acampanados, vestido de punto y zapatos de Pinko. Lo he combinado con mi bolso de Jessica Buurman.

Cotton Vintage is formed by stores of second hand luxury garments where we can buy guaranteed treasures like those I wear in this look, and to very good prices. From a Chanel bag to an Yves Saint-Laurent’s vintage dress, passing through an endless list of garments from brands like Prada, Hermes or Loewe, all of this is what we can find in these fashion sanctuaries.

Cotton Vintage lo forman varias tiendas de artículos de lujo de segunda mano, donde podemos adquirir tesoros con garantía como los que llevo en este look, y a unos precios razonables. The camel coat is an essential basic piece in any wardrobe and the autumn is the perfect time to start using it.

Ya estamos en otoño, cuando podemos comenzar a incorporar abrigos a nuestros looks!! Es una pieza básica e imprescindible en cualquier armario.
En este caso llevo un camel coat de Lioness combinado con un vestido de terciopelo rosa de PINKO, junto con unas Adidas. Y a este look confortable y otoñal no podía faltarle el toque sofisticado que aporta el bolso de Jessica Buurman.

The camel coat is an essential basic piece in any wardrobe and the autumn is the perfect time to start using it.A while ago I had the pleasure of discovering a designer from Venezuela, who’s creations caught my attention immediately, his name is Efraín Mogollón. When I received some of the pieces from his collection I noticed closely the fragility and quality in his unique pieces.
With his new collection Capri, he takes us on a journey of sensations through this paradisiac island, full of blue scenery and delicious aromas. Capri is a collection where baby blue and off the shoulder are the main protagonists. Efraín shows this trend with unique freshness. The collection is made up from 35 pieces immaculately made with cotton, linen and silk, textiles which achieve incredible movement and volume to dress sensual and elegant women.

Recientemente tuve el placer de descubrir a un diseñador venezolano cuyas creaciones me cautivaron al instante, su nombre es Efraín Mogollón.
Con su nueva colección Capri nos lleva en un viaje de sensaciones a través de esa isla paradisiaca, llena de paisajes azules y deliciosos aromas. Capri es una colección donde el baby blue y el off the shoulder son los principales protagonistas. Efraín logra mostrar esta tendencia con una frescura inigualable. La colección cuenta con un total de 35 piezas trabajadas impecablemente con algodón, lino y seda cruda, textiles con los que logra un increíble movimiento y volumen para vestir a una mujer segura, sensual y elegante.
