‘naranja’ can mean both in Spanish, but ‘anaranjado’ only means the colour
In Hebrew the fruit is called “tapuz” (which is a shorthand for the rarely used “tapuah zahav” whose literal meaning is “gold apple”) and the color is “katom”. In Russian the fruit is “apelsin” and the color is “oranjevi”.

In Dutch, ‘oranje’ is the colour and the fruit is ‘sinaasappel’
In italian the fruit is “arancia” and the color is “arancione”

In German, the fruit starts with a capital O! Also, Orange and orange are pronounced differently ([oˈʁaŋʒə] and [oˈrɔ̃ːʃ] respectively)! However, when the adjective is used predicatively it’s inflected, but the inflected form ends in an e, so the written form doesn’t change!
So in the sentence “Die orange Orange ist orange” all three instances of the word are pronounced differently!!
