Hello guys! These posts are few and far between because I’m currently working extra to try and save up before university. These are a few bits I picked up to take with me including a midwife specific planner and some milestone cards to track my progress! How are you guys doing? In times of isolation feel free to message me if you want. Stay safe!

27/100 days of productivity
today the first of my virtual camps for this summer started, and my package full of camp goodies for the other arrived. before the opening ceremony, a bunch of us hung out and played games on the zoom call. also, i watered and checked up on my plants today. Lola, my croton who dropped all her leaves and made me scared she was gonna die, is starting to show some new growth!! and i took a couple of cuttings off Alexus, my spider plant, to try and propagate.
haven’t had time for much in the way of listening today, podcasts or music, but a go-to favourite song of mine is Come To Light by Arkells.
I really miss the times when my desk looked like this and my cat was alive

Goals for the blog
So I wanted to explain a bit about what I want this blog to be for me. I want this to be a place to showcase my film projects and show my growth as a filmmaker. I also want this blog to help motivate and inspire me to enjoy studying. I would love it if this blog can help others do the same!
I hope I can make some good memories with this blog! Thanks! ~ Maddie

Week 14 of the 2020 Quarantine Challenge - Where would you rather be from?
Ngl I think this photos of my kitty looks like some sort of painting… I’m proud. And I’m actually from Kansas and I’m very proud, so I wouldn’t change a thing!
Week 11 of the 2020 Quarantine Challenge - What would you want to be stranded with on a deserted island?
I thought I’d jump in on this challenge, starting in June with my June planner! If I were stranded on a deserted island I’d probably just want the supplies to escape, but if I was saying something that actually answered the question in the way it’s meant to be answered I’d wish there was a library.
Some information I gathered for an Instagram post
anger and tenderness: my selves. and now i can believe they breathe in me as angels, not polarities.

i’m spending my summer reading new books for the first time in years, starting with my mother’s favourite. people you’d trust your life to, by bronwen wallace. what are you reading lately/what’s on your “to be read” list?
31 days until LSAT
Feeling the pressure as I start getting closer to my test date and I really miss getting to go to cafes to study. This was the cutest vegan restaurant in Brussels, and it’s where I’m mentally at instead of my desk at home.
Today’s goals:
✔️ 1:45 of Reading Comp.
✔️ 1.45 of Logical Reasoning
✔️ 1.45 of Logic Games
✔️Review previous LSAT
-Update bullet journal
-Meal plan for the week

exams officially started today! i had an english language exam, and it went pretty great :) the extract was good because there was lots of imagery to talk about, and for the creative writing at the end the photo was pretty easy to describe. my next exam is maths non-calculator on monday

hey everyone! haven’t posted the past week because i’ve had exams and its obviously been very hectic, but i finally found some time to take photos and edit etc. these are some of my biology notes for the exam (which went pretty well), and i have now thrown away all of my biology notes and book lol.

~ notes from a lecture about the weimar republic! the first photo is my notes that i was trying to take during the lecture, so very messy, and then i rewrote them :)
im back again! i finished year 11 recently so i didn’t post for a bit as I was out with friends and family. but, in preparation for 6th form, i’ve loads of work to do (not helped by the fact that i’m doing 4 a-levels). i also got my mock exam results! overall they were really good results, but especially graphics, history and german (which im doing next year) that i got A*s in! i have a 2 hour class today for graphics, so i have about an hour to do some work before i leave :)
