Looking back at your life, what are the things you are most proud of? What are things you are ashamed of? Looking back can be helpful, but dwelling on the past will not propel you forward. You can only move on by forgiving yourself for your mistakes. Let the past be the past and be truthful with yourself. What do you want to achieve? Which parts of yourself do you want to improve? Try not to judge yourself too hard.

A great light is entering your life. The light of the sun is warm and fills you with energy. This light is the love of the self. By accepting yourself and loving yourself, you can invite this light into your life. Bask in the warmth of the sun and recharge your energy. Bring its radiance into your life and share it with those around you. You deserve it.

Although the future is uncertain and shrouded in darkness, you have to keep going. How do you follow a path in the dark of the night? Attune your eyes to the dark, and let the light of the moon show you the way. This light is inside you. Your intuition knows best. Acknowledge your fear, name it, follow your feelings and you will reach the dawn.
