it does not make you any less of a swiftie if you have less followers than someone else. it does not make you any less of a swiftie if you cannot afford or do not have merch. it does not make you any less of a swiftie if you have been a fan for 10 years or two weeks. it does not make you any less of a swiftie if you have never been to a concert or show before. it does not make you any less of a swiftie if you are not comfortable showing your face, or sharing personal information, or having a public account. it does not make you any less of a swiftie if you post multiple times a day, or only when you feel up to it. it does not make you any less of a swiftie if you have never been noticed. it does not make you any less of a swiftie if you haven’t met taylor yet. it does not make you any less of a swiftie if you do not have a fan account, or do not have multiple accounts on several different apps. what does matter is whether you are kind to others. if you bring people up, rather than tearing them down. if you spread positivity and love, instead of negativity and hate. those are the things that matter to taylor. if you say your dm’s are always open, then mean it. keep your promises, be a real friend, and never compare yourself to someone else. don’t talk about people behind their back, and never assume that you know what they are going through. if you are honest, yourself, safe, kind, and supportive, taylor will see that. what makes her happy is when this fandom worries less about different cliques or who is better than someone else, and more on how we can continue to spread our mutual love for taylor. because in the end, that is how we all got started, and what really matters most. taylor sees so much more than you may think she does. please don’t ever give up hope if you have less followers than someone else, less notices, or have just joined the fandom recently. you are not alone. your feels are valid. please spread positivity, not hate, and have a great day.
