Yetnebersh Nigussie Molla is Executive Director and a founding member of the Ethiopian Center for Disability and Development (ECDD), which works to make development inclusive for disadvantaged groups. As a young woman who became blind at age 5, she finds great reward in addressing issues at the center of her own personal life experience.
