Today, Data did some spring cleaning! He used the KonMari method to tidy his quarters.

So!  I have a fair number of asks in my inbox!  There are a few I still want to do more robust or drawn individual responses for, but the rest are things I can round up into one mass response, so…here are those responses!  If you sent an anonymous message to me recently, check here for an answer!  And if you don’t see yours, it’s either because I have a bigger answer on the way, I hadn’t seen it at the time when I collected these, or I simply cannot answer it.  Cheers!

Very true!  I don’t fault anybody for making a human Dragonborn (though to be fair, Imperials probably have their own Complications with being Dragonborn, lol), but I do think the non-humans make for a really intriguing story!  The game may not have any resistance to it written in, but when roleplaying or writing your own take on the story, that kind of conflict is really juicy.

I don’t know if I could narrow down a best quest!  There are so many charming quests, ones that are great to play through, ones that are great for roleplaying, ones that are just funny and memorable…

I can at least give you an example of one of my faves off the top of my head: The Gateway Ghost quest is very good–there’s a haunting at the Gateway Inn in Sadrith Mora and the “prefect of hospitality” wants the ghost gone because it’s bad for business, but you can kill it all you want, it just won’t go away.  But the thing is, the questgiver is ridiculous.  For instance, he demands you buy Hospitality Papers to do business or talk to people in the city, but not a single person in Sadrith Mora even checks if you have them or cares.  lol  I won’t spoil the solution (check out a wiki or play through it if you are curious!) but clearly somebody is behind the ghost and…they have a very funny message for the questgiver.  Not a lot of action, just a lot of fun dialogue and silly circumstances, it’s what makes the game charming to me.

As for worst, honestly, I couldn’t say!  I can’t think of any particularly nasty, miserable quests off the top of my head–there are some that make me personally quite jittery, but I’m just a jumpy gamer, lol.  It’s not really an indictment of the questline itself, but at least in my own experience, as a kid, I remember making a character with the intention of trying out the Imperial Legion quests and uuuuuuhhhh I don’t know if I ever even finished one quest.  I think I got spooked by dungeon delving!

Yeahhh, so I (still) haven’t played through Tribunal all the way, but reading through the dialogue, it does feel a little…hm.  Pointed?  Maybe a bit rushed on execution?  I really like the concept behind it, but yeah, just based on what Almalexia asks of the player, I’m like “lmao well Tev would…never ever do that, that’s such a shady ask”.  I haven’t written anything formal for my own story stuff, but I fully intend to shuffle things around!  We’ll see~  ✨

Generally, I do not, sorry!

Hello, thank you!  So, I’m not really sure on the exact date or anything–it’s usually just when I have time and need work, so it varies.  That said, I’ve been building up a wait list, so if you’re interested in being added to that list, I’ll be contacting those folks FIRST in order on the list the next time I decide to open comms!
