To be a forever boy is such a strange and solitary destiny; but perhaps in the company of another, things seem not so bad.  If our loneliness leads us to find a friend, it has led us to a very great treasure indeed.

My students use Nightlight and Jack Frost’s names interchangeably now and this is both beautiful and heartbreaking to me.  I will never be over these two.  Never.

I know I already had one side of the living room decorated, and the bathroomwalls, but my students had to retire their original copy of Jack Frost and I wanted to commemorate it somehow, now that they have a new one.

Remember that time even I thought I was only joking when I said soon my whole house would be covered in Joyce’s art?  So do I, rip me–

North couldn’t stand the idea of his most signature candy not being eaten because of something as benign as an allergy, so a little magic formula, and now Sunny can chomp down on all the crunchy candy canes she wants.
