Was asked to come up with some funny ways for Mabel to be doing good deeds to redeem herself in the episode The Last Mabelcorn. The montage had to be largely cut, but the gag with Toby and the tree made it into the episode. yay!
Whenever the script says “add a bucket of funny ideas here!” we go to the brilliant Emmy C. As usual she cracked everyone up with these hilarious good deed montage scenes. Unfortunately, the episode ran long, and due to our strict 21 minute limit we had to cut most of these for time. But they live again, here on Tumblr!

So here’s a fun story: Mabelcorn was one of my favorite episodes to work on and I was looking forward to making a big epic poster for it for months! Then on Thursday Matt told me it was airing today and I panicked.

RARE cut scene-“Unicorn Fight!”
On Gravity Falls, we often have to cut stuff we like for time reasons. If we go a minute over length, the channel will stick us in the man-sized freezer with Walt Disney’s frozen head. But as every now and then these once dead scenes can rise from the grave and live again on the internet, like highly GIF-able zombies.
