INVOKING LOVE

• Surround yourself with candles, and as many pieces of Rose Quartz as you want (4 pieces minimum). Place them around you, ensuring they are pointing inwards to invite in love. I recommend having the 4 main points of North, South, East & West in place too.
  
• Focus on your heart and imagine what makes you happy. Perhaps not just happy but something that makes your heart soar. Use your breathing to spread the warmth and the feeling of happiness. Let your heart expand and absorb all the love the Rose Quartz is giving you.
  
• When you feel like you are glowing blow out the candles and have a moment to focus on the crystals. Use the affirmation “I welcome Love & happiness into my life”.
