How Wiccan became friends with Northstar and Kyle Jinadu
Wiccan and Hulkling invited Northstar (Jean-Paul Beaubier), Kyle Jinadu and Iceman (Bobby Drake) to have dinner with them in space. How Wiccan came to know Northstar and Kyle is that he probably met the couple way back in Krakoaland during the Scarlet Witch incident.

Magneto who? This had so much potential and it has been wasted.
Also note to Massina and Werneck, BILLY’S MAGIC IS BLUE!!!!
Why is everyone so obsessed with turning Billy into another Wanda? I just don’t get it. He‘s not the scarlet witch, he‘s his own character. He doesn’t need to look and behave exactly like her. If that was the case, then we wouldn’t need Billy at all!
And to be honest, he‘s not even Wanda‘s kid. The MCU just muddles it all. He‘s the Kaplan’s biological son and Wanda hasn’t taken one bit of interest in him or Tommy since she has known them.
Marvel is obsessed with turning everyone into a legacy hero. Does Tommy look like Pietro and has super speed? Absolutely. Is he the new Quicksilver, no he’s his own person, and just because their outfits look similar and they have this weird sort of relation to each other, doesn’t mean jack.
And honestly that’s not quite the same thing either. Wanda is sort of Billy and Tommy’s mom. Mom of their soul or essence or whatever since without her, Billy Kaplan and Tommy Shepherd wouldn’t exist as we know them.
But Rebecca and Jeff are Billy’s parents. They love him, Rebecca gave birth to him, they raised him. Those are the people he owes his existence to. Wanda is the equivalent of a birth mother who gave the kids up in a closed adoption. ANd although between the comics and the MCU its a bit murky. I believe the exact term is trasnmigration of souls, Billy is not Wanda. His powers are not like Wanda’s, he doesn’t study magic the same way, if at all, that Wanda does. ANd his powers are not visually the same as Wanda’s.
IDK if this is MCU or the artists just not seeing anythng with the character. My guess they likely saw Vecchio’s Scarlet version of Billy where he does have red magic. But that was just a fan rendition of an artist who happens to do art for Marvel.
It goes back to people not bothering to do research.
I agree. I know that Billy to some extent is Wanda’s son, but she really isn’t his or Tommy’s mother. The Kaplans are the ones who deserve the praise. They raised Billy to be a great and caring kid and took in Tommy when he needed them. Wanda didn’t do anything. I don’t want to call Billy and Teddy her sons because in the comics she has made no indication that she cares about that.
