Pro tip kiddos if you carry keys and have emergency meds for tic attacks (or honestly anything) you can get little capsules that go on your key chain that holds pills so you never forget them and they are always on you (I keep benedryl and tic attack meds in mine) if you drive I’d suggest one on your house keys and one on your car keys

So I want to write a character who has Tourettes Syndrome. Can I do that, without having tourettes myself?
I want to be as accurate as possible, and I also don’t want to offend anyone who has Tourettes. Does anyone know anybody that has tourettes? Or does anyone have tourettes that can help me write my character in a way that isn’t offensive or hurtful towards those who have the condition? Thanks so much!
