#ts4 dorms

Drake Hall Reno

I know everybody and their brother (or sister) is renovating Drake Hall but I did this for my own game-play so I decided upload it. There are 5 distinct dorm rooms with two beds each and I resized the rooms to be more realistic as far as the dorms I’ve seen in real life.  Each room includes skill building items and a style that suits a few different sims but they are not over-stylized.  There are a couple of desks with the new reference computer thing (can’t remember the exact object name), chess tables and bookshelves in the common areas.  

Thanks to EA for early access even though I was late to the game when it came to finishing a build!

• Lot Size:  30 x 20
• Dorm Rooms:  5 rooms with 2 beds, desks, closets for each room
• Public Bathrooms:  2
• Cafeteria
• Outdoor Balcony Seating
• Living Area with t.v. and Foosball Table
• NO CC but some objects were placed using the updated OMSP shelf, which was removed after used to place the objects.
