So I tweaked Serinion’s In-vitro capsule tuning to make it fill the charge need of servos (not an override). The code references Serinion’s original mod, notably the animation, so you need his mod for this to work.

There are 3 versions: 1 that is exactly like Serinion’s mod but with my tuning, 1 that is shown in the before to last image of this post, graphics are free to use as long as the artist is credited: shoutout to PCHVector on Freepik, and finally the version from the last picture for which I made the texture (I called them “basics”).

I needed a pub for Britechester so I made this higgelty piggelty pub inspired by a Christmas Village Pub I found on Pinterest. There is an undecorated version on the Gallery under “The Higgelty Piggelty.” This lot has a card table, chess tables, ping pong table, dart board and of course a bar.  The undecorated version also has a karaoke machine.

Mossy Lane Townhome

Lot Description:

Hopefully this one fits in better than the last townhouse I built. I’m just a country girl from Texas. I don’t know what the heck I’m doing when it comes to British Townhouses. This one is decorated for the Pleasant twins with the idea that mom and dad bought it for them and they have to keep it nice and tidy to live there and they can’t change anything but their bedrooms. This is why the main living areas are not overly stylized.  This includes laundry in the basement along with a small recreation area, an office, two bedrooms and three bathrooms.

Lot Description:

Built on the Honeydew Fields lot in Gibbs Hill, the Honeydew Cafe welcomes students from both Foxbury and Britechester. There is a shop on one side for your Foxbury needs, anywhere from a mini fridge to a Foxbury sweatshirt. The shop on the other side is the Britechester Bookstore which has all things Britechester. This lot can be run as a Cafe or a Retail Lot. Thank you to EA for giving me early access so I can get a head start!

Drake Hall Reno

I know everybody and their brother (or sister) is renovating Drake Hall but I did this for my own game-play so I decided upload it. There are 5 distinct dorm rooms with two beds each and I resized the rooms to be more realistic as far as the dorms I’ve seen in real life.  Each room includes skill building items and a style that suits a few different sims but they are not over-stylized.  There are a couple of desks with the new reference computer thing (can’t remember the exact object name), chess tables and bookshelves in the common areas.  

Thanks to EA for early access even though I was late to the game when it came to finishing a build!

University Dorm Bed Separated

I wanted my Dorms to have consistent bed frames but varied bed sheets so I separated them. All swatches are still present, however frames will appear to have less swatches since some of the original bed swatches had the same frames. BB.MoveObjects notrequired to place beds on frames. Prices halved for each object so their prices are effectively the same.

Note: This bed works perfectly fine in normal houses but may cause issues if placed in dorms (Can be fixed by deleting them)

University Functional PC Conversion 

Discover University added what seemed to be 3 Computers, but it turned out that 2 of them were actually only able to be used to research & study for debates, so I converted them into regular computers. (Research & Debate interactions remain on the original object)

Contains the original 3 Swatches and the additional swatch which is used for the reward version of the computer.

Sims 4 Discover University Build Buy Overview

I was really excited for all the objects that were coming with Discover University so I created an overview video with my first impressions. The video ended being longer than I thought it would, but we did look at every object.

I’m excited for when Sims 4 Studio updates to I can start creating some University mesh edits/addons too!

Discover University Bunk Bed

I literally paused all my other CC projects to work on this after bunk beds were released… Everything is in the title, it’s a loft/bunk bed version of one of the single beds in Discover University! All swatches accounted for! Hope you enjoy!

In buy mode, only the loft version will be visible (since the bunk beds you can place are technically two objects and I don’t know how to do that) so you’ll need to manually place the second bed underneath.. It’ll snap to the loft bed like normal.

Install

To install, place the .package files into your Mods folder found, by default, in My Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > Mods. Alternatively, you can place the individual .package files from the separated ZIP into it’s own folder within the Mods folder to keep things tidy.
