Bachelor’s Micro Home
Lot Description:
This home was built on the Honeydew Fields lot in Gibb’s Hill. I built it for a loner sim, who is studying to become a teacher and later a professor. It has a more masculine decor but could go either way. It is for a single sim only unless you can get the scoot method to work for the bed but it doesn’t work anymore in my game. I did arrange the bathroom so shower woohoo would work, though, so there’s that. My sim lived quite happily here but it isn’t ideal long term. Also, I forgot a trash bin so you’ll have to add one outside, since it won’t fit inside. Sorry about that. I knew I was forgetting something!

Two-Story Micro Home
Lot Description:
This may not look like much since it’s just two squares stacked on top of each other but I’m pretty proud of it. This isn’t just a micro home, it’s a two-story micro home and the back yard and garden have plenty to keep your outdoor lovers happy and busy. This home has been playtested and everything should work. Let me know if you have any problems.

Tidy Small Home
Lot Description:
This tidy little cottage is perfect for a small family of three. Complete with a floating fruitcake on the porch (the Welcome Wagon arrived just as I was ready to upload). This house has a room for either a child or teen, decorated for a girl but you only have to change out a couple of things to make it neutral or masculine. The backyard has plenty of activities for a child and a small garden for a gardening sim. This home was built on the Daisy Hovel lot in Willow Creek.

Tiny Family Micro Home
Lot Description:
This cozy, cheerful home is just right for a family of three. Lots of plants around the place, along with a variety of activities indoors and outdoors. I have made a family to play test this build and they are up on the gallery. Everything in this house is fully functional and I have playtested extensively. Please put moveobjects on before placing or it won’t make sense.

Just Right Tiny Home
Lot Description:
Here is a Tier 2 Tiny Home. I built this home on the Bargain Bend Lot so the Gallery pictures aren’t good because the view is from the side and not the front. Despite the small space there is plenty for your sims to do here. It also includes laundry. This house can fit a single sim or a couple.

Warm and Cozy Micro Home
Lot Description:
This is my first tiny home built with the Tiny Living Stuff Pack. This home has room for a single sim or a couple. I loved the challenge of trying to fit everything into this space. I used tier 1, Micro Home, which has all the lot perks that come with the pack. All the buy items in this pack are so beautiful and useful. Laundry Day is still my favorite stuff pack of all time but Tiny Living is a close second. I didn’t add laundry to this build but there should be room to add those items if you would like to do so.

Quiet and Peaceful Home
Lot Description:
A quiet place for your sims to get away from the hustle and bustle. Built on the island in Windenburg. I’ve been trying to build a tiny home but I’m finding I always want to add more, making it not quite tiny. This house was inspired by a tiny home I found on Pinterest. Despite the small size, there are quite a bit of activities for your sims to do. The only problem I ran into is that because I placed it in Windenburg, where it rains ALL THE TIME, the laundry kept getting wet on the clothesline, which was frustrating. Other than the storms my sims were quite happy here. This house is built for a couple or a single sim.
