My current sim family needed a home they could grow old in so I built this for them in Brindleton Bay. It has two bedrooms and an office but the office could easily be a decent sized third bedroom. My sims are both writers so that’s why an office was important. There is a laundry room in the basement. There are plenty of skill building items for your sims.
NO CC but some objects were placed using the updated OMSP shelf, https://simfileshare.net/folder/40482/, which was removed after used to place the objects.
Please remember to use the moveobjects cheat or you will have floating items and missing doors and it’s just a mess.
This tidy little cottage is perfect for a small family of three. Complete with a floating fruitcake on the porch (the Welcome Wagon arrived just as I was ready to upload). This house has a room for either a child or teen, decorated for a girl but you only have to change out a couple of things to make it neutral or masculine. The backyard has plenty of activities for a child and a small garden for a gardening sim. This home was built on the Daisy Hovel lot in Willow Creek.
Lot Type: Tiny Home Residential (Tier 3, Small Home)

This cozy, cheerful home is just right for a family of three. Lots of plants around the place, along with a variety of activities indoors and outdoors. I have made a family to play test this build and they are up on the gallery. Everything in this house is fully functional and I have playtested extensively. Please put moveobjects on before placing or it won’t make sense.

When searching for a “British Townhouse” on Pinterest, the house that inspired this build came up. After I started building it, I realized it wasn’t really fitting in so I looked at the inspiration picture and upon further inspection I realized it was in CHICAGO! Oh, well. You live and learn. After finishing it I thought fit well enough. I may build another one more fitting to the surroundings eventually but I’ve made a family for it and they seen quite happy there. A couple of things to note, though, I should have put a chess table in the original build since two of the four sims that live here are professors and they need to build that logic skill. In my game I placed one on the landing on the second floor and it fit nicely in that space. I also didn’t add a thermostat and the sims were getting cold even with the two fireplaces. Lastly, this home is for very tidy sims (actually I was just too lazy to clutter it up like usual) so there isn’t much clutter. The idea is that the older brother is a soccer star at University and his younger brother’s hero. So, there isn’t much in his room because he’s only home for the holidays. The mom is also a neat sim so I didn’t see her as allowing a cluttered home. Anyway, that’s my story and I’m sticking to it. Another disclaimer, this house looks much better in the summertime but I couldn’t be bothered to change the weather for the screenshots.

This home is inspired by a house my husband and I went to see during an open house. We really loved the house but can’t afford it so I did the next best thing and built it in the sims. There is a formal living room, a family room, formal dining room, breakfast nook, laundry room and four bedrooms, two bathrooms in the main house and a garage apartment that has one bedroom and one bath and a small kitchenette. Decorated for parents, two teens, a child and a toddler.
This house took me forever to work out and maybe it isn’t perfect, but I’m happy with the end result. It’s a house for a family of four or more if you turn the attic space into a bedroom. At the moment it’s a game room. There is one bedroom decorated for a boy and one for a teen girl and of course a master suite.
This cozy little home is decorated for a family of two or three. There is a master suite for a couple or a single parent and a room decorated for a female child sim. If needed there is an office that could be turned into another bedroom. Artwork used is by @simlicy and mandykay77 on the gallery.
This is my entry for Simsie’s Shell Challenge by Lilsimsie. This is listed as 4 bedrooms but one is being used as an office. There is a laundry room and plenty of skill building items for your sim family. This house is decorated for a teen sim, child sim and toddler sim. There is a master suite for the parents. Credit for the artwork goes to MandyKay77. As always do not place without the moveobjects cheat. I have created a family for this house and will upload it soon.
