#twisted wonderland match-up
A/N: a matchup I did recently for an anonymous commissioner!

Your match is… Lilia Vanrouge!
- The first time his interest truly catches is when he learns of the make-believe things you do with your cousins! That blend of imagination, magic and a little bit of fun warms his heart, and Lilia would tell the most immersive tales if you asked him to.
- For a fae such as him, there’d be no lack of stories! Sometimes it’s clear that it’s lighthearted, but at other times Lilia adopts a faraway look as he narrates, regarding you with a mysterious glitter in his eyes when you inquire if it was something he experienced himself.
- While he does like doting on you, Lilia would be much more at ease knowing that his significant other was independent. He’d definitely do cute things like surprise you by wearing aesthetic glasses, asking you how he looks!
- Lilia’s an intricate person, both young at heart and wise from his long life. He’s been to many places before but would love to travel with you too - it allows him to explore the world with a different lens, after all. And at times where he returns from a trip, Lilia would bring you souvenirs to add to your coin collection, or a rare book.
Sunshine skims through the canopy of leaves above you, dotting the forest with a curious dance of light. You look up from your novel, raising a question in regards to the story Lilia was telling; he’d seen its title and stole your attention away earlier with his own version, which led to him standing before you with a professor-like air.
It’s maddening how he’d deflect certain questions however, preferring to leave them to your imagination.
“And just how much of that was true?” You ask.
“I wonder-?” Lilia answers with a playful wink. “Regardless, wasn’t it quite a riveting tale?”
Oh, one day you’ll get the truth out of him yet.
