So no kidding.

It’svery long. The entire series is almost 3 million words long.

But the thing is…it’s so addictive that I read 2 million words in 20 days almost.

Why I love it?

• The characters (even minor ones) have excellent, relevant and well thought out backstories
• Foreshadowing and parallels that make the stories a reading delight
• Flawed heroes and understandable villains
• Consistent and progressive development of characters
• Explores issues like bigotry and sexism in Bleach universe
• But it’s not all serious…it’s funny and witty.
• Juushiro and Shunsui are at the center of it all with the ways in which how they became best friends despite their apparent dissimilar personalities.
• You get to watch (or read) Juushiro and Shunsui grow up from birth itself to be who they are when we meet them in canon.

PERSONALLY BEST FIC I HAVE EVER READ FOR ANY FANDOM.
