with all the new blue period anime content i’ve been wondering what anime murai would look like…this is my guess ☁️
original art belongs to Tsubasa Yamaguchi! this was actually a very interesting art exercise/study, i studied the colours and the style used in the blue period anime trailer and then i basically took the panel and coloured it anime style and changed some things up.
i think it’s pretty obvious this is fanart but please do NOT repost saying this official and ask me first before reposting!!

Knight of Caislean Merlin.
A little caricature of Ocoho from Tony Valente’s manga and anime series Radiant. Here she’s practicing her magic swordsmanship outside the wall of Caislean Merlin in full battle dress. Let’s hope this future Queen doesn’t have too many mishaps or distractions. Enjoy!
Taming the Dragon.
From the pages of Tite Kubo’s new series ‘Burn The Witch’, here is Noel Niihashi of the Wing Bind Pipers division of Reverse London. Here she is with her trusty dragoon steed Wordsworth, waiting for her next assignment, managing reverse London’s dragon problems. I’ll admit I did struggle a bit with her, so this isn’t the best of attempts. But it does mean room for improvement the next time round. Enjoy!

Here is Sango from Inuyasha, looking a little worse for wear as she’s determined to slay her current foe. Given I know little to nothing of her or the Inuyasha series she’s from, I’m happy about how this turned out.

Inspired by the old Star Wars Phantom menace poster of Anakin Skywalker and his future shadow. Here we have a very young Naruto, looking a little dishevelled and upset from being shunned by the village at such a young age. While his older and wiser shadow looks on knowing it’ll all turn out alright, eventually.
